I don't know the name of who I'd like to have play as him, but he plays as Captain Spears in Roadkill's live action ending of the original Twisted Metal. I don't know if it's obvious or not, but Capt. Spears is Roadkill's original driver.

Somehow having visions of the future, Marcus McCloud was an excellent student at the Cornerian academy. Straight out of the academy with his friends Skippy and Lulu, they realized a new threat: Majella Peregrine. They were quick to track down Falco Lombardi and form Star Fox 2 against Majella. However, during a mission, he was shot down to Sauria where he met and fell in love with Emerald "Emery" Vixen, an emerald vixen from a Saurian tribe. Making it back into orbit on a new ship, Majella was docked in their Great Fox station, causing explosions. Marcus conquered over Majella, using his mother's magical staff. However, the final war was not yet over. When everyone thought it was safe to party, a border collie comes to Earth (the McClouds' temporary home) and entraps Emery in a giant emerald shard and transports her to Krazoa Palace. Being told to kill his parents to save Emery, Marcus makes an attempt, but fails because of finding out his mother's pregnant. Now, creating a decoy back at Krazoa Palace,  Marcus successfully kills the border collie, revealed actually to be made out of lava, again with the aid of the staff.

Although she was always called Emery in the stories, her real first name is actually Emerald. Emery grew up in a Saurian tribe with her mother. She never knew her father, because he was killed by Andrew Oikonny. In the middle of the final war, she met Marcus, who changed her world. After victory against Majella, she became Marcus's girlfriend. After the victory against the border collie, Emery and Marcus got married and Emery joined Star Fox 2.
